Space in a Red Dot Lounge is booked and paid for in advance.  Payment is due after the service is confirmed. Bookings can be changed up to 48 hours ahead without penalty. When we have received your order we will send the Booker and Traveller an email with details of their booking and the name / location of the  reserved Red Dot Lounge.   It's a guaranteed reservation and there will be nothing to pay at the lounge.  All lounges may be used for Departures: most are available for International Transit & Transfers too.
